Job summary

New Box in Colorado is seeking a Field Manager / Site Supervisor to bridge our design team, warehouse, installers, manufacturers, architects, and general contractors. The role involves approx. 70% field management and 30% office coordination with regular travel across Colorado.

You will manage projects from design through installation, verify dimensions onsite, coordinate with teams, review plans, and ensure quality standards are met on every project.

Qualifications

• Experience with millwork, cabinetry, interior doors, flooring, or finish carpentry preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout Colorado mountain communities.
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Field Manager / Site Supervisor serves as the bridge between our design team, warehouse, installers, manufacturers, architects, and general contractors. This position is approximately 70% field management and 30% office coordination with regular travel throughout Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits
