EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead a team of Service Technicians delivering pest control services to recurring customers. You will train staff, drive service quality, and manage safety standards while ensuring efficient routes and strong customer experience.

**Field Manager** **Position Summary**The Field Manager oversees Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering pest control services to recurring customers. This role is accountable for building and training a high-performing field team focused on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. **Responsibilities*** Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.* Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.* Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.* Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained. **Qualifications and Requirements*** 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.* Must be 21 years of age or older.* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).* High School Diploma or GED, preferred. **Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $52,000 and $55,000.
