Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is hiring a General Maintenance Technician to support full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States. Candidates should be proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and flooring installations.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in construction or commercial maintenance and the ability to travel as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401-K plan, paid vacations, and company-paid travel.

Qualifications

• Proficient in carpentry, including installation of cabinetry, countertops, and doors.
• Experience with interior and exterior painting.
• Knowledge in installation of various flooring types like VCT and LVT.
• Skilled in plumbing for sinks, faucets, toilets, and drainage lines.
• Ability to replace and install light fixtures and minor electrical diagnostics.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for commercial renovations and buildouts.
• Maintain detailed repair records including measurements and quotes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Build relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Available for overtime and on-call duties as needed.
