Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Massachusetts is seeking a Maintenance Repair Technician/Inspection Specialist to join our employee-owned team. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, handling work orders, and ensuring high quality workmanship across shop and field locations.

Ideal candidates have experience with power tools or small engines, are comfortable lifting 50 lbs, and can work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel overnight when required.
• Strong customer focus in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders, billing, and maintain repair log.
• Perform preventative maintenance on air compressors and replace HVAC filters.
• Repair sheet rock and minor painting.
• Relamping and related tasks as needed.
• Operate power tools and vehicles.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
