Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform project work onsite at customer locations in accordance with established scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely, professional, and clear communication throughout each project.
• Source, purchase, and coordinate materials required to complete assigned work efficiently and accurately.
• Support the coordination of project Scope of Work (SOW), pricing, and related project documentation.
• Assist with project management activities to promote operational efficiency and maximize gross margin.
• Support quality control and quality assurance (QCQA) efforts for Service Department projects.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed, including support for Turnkey or Capex projects.
