Job summary

Dream Live Prosper Communities seeks a Service Technician to service scattered-site properties in the Lehigh Valley area. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and general repairs, while traveling between sites and supporting on-call rotations.

This full-time, field-based role requires physical stamina, basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service. You’ll upkeep grounds and respond to emergencies, contributing to safe, well-maintained communities for

Qualifications

Strong handyman skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and general repairs.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision.
Lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
Organized, dependable and able to manage time in the field.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Comfortable using mobile technology and work order systems.

Responsibilities

Travel between scattered-site properties to complete maintenance work orders.
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
Maintain property grounds, common areas and amenities at scattered sites.
Update and manage assigned work orders in property management software.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in on-call rotation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
