Job summary

The Cumberland Farms Food and Beverage Equipment Technician will maintain, repair, and install a range of food and beverage service equipment across our Rhode Island operations. You will troubleshoot complex systems, calibrate refrigeration units, and lead small repair projects while mentoring entry-level technicians to uphold safety and quality standards.

Travel is required with a company vehicle provided; you will work Thursday through Monday, 40 hours with on-call rotation, and you’ll receive

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Trade license in refrigeration, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
• EPA Universal certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant equipment repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair food and beverage equipment, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Assist with installation, programming, and calibration of food and beverage systems, including refrigeration and dispensing units.
• Lead smaller maintenance or repair projects, ensuring tasks meet standards.
• Mentor entry-level technicians with guidance and on-the-job training.
