Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Field-Focused, Hands-On Role) to keep car wash equipment running. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be moving most of the day and will work indoors/outdoors around active equipment. Strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting under pressure, and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to take things apart and put them back together.
• Basic electrical knowledge including motor controls is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or other industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs (primary focus).
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly to get sites back up and running.
• Preventative maintenance and routine service to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Identify root causes and think on your feet when equipment goes down.
