Job summary

MOJO is looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep car wash sites running. This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you’ll fix what breaks, prevent what you can, and work on equipment daily—not sitting behind a screen.

You’ll diagnose and repair motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls, troubleshoot in real time, and keep operations moving with proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Basic electrical knowledge (low/high voltage, motor controls a plus).
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs (primary focus).
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and restore site operation.
• Preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Catch issues early to prevent downtime.
