Your Impact
As a Pearce Field Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep critical facilities, equipment, and renewable energy sites operating safely and efficiently. One month you may support warehouse operations, fleet maintenance, or shop projects. The next, you could be assisting experienced technicians at commercial solar farms or battery energy storage sites.

This role requires the ability and willingness to travel 100% of time. Candidates should reside in Washington, District of Columbia for some onsite work as well.
$23.00-$25.00 hourly/DOE

Base Pay Range
$23 - $25 USD
