Qualifications

• Two to five years of mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Must have applicable certifications and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions including safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance as allowed by law.
• Utilize technology to access work orders and submit reports.
