Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician (Foreman) to coordinate and oversee maintenance across multiple facilities. You will prioritize projects, assign tasks to technicians, and monitor progress to ensure safe, timely completion in line with company standards.

As a working foreman, you will travel between sites, support operational priorities, and help identify facility needs and improvements. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, building maintenance, heating systems.
• Construction trades and general facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required if driving a company vehicle.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance projects across facilities.
• Assign tasks to maintenance technicians in collaboration with leadership.
• Travel between facilities to assess needs and support projects.
• Monitor timelines and quality and report to leadership.
• Coordinate vendors, materials, and resources for projects.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and work orders.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
