Ams Nw is looking for members to join the Field Crew at Big League Dreams in Las Vegas. This role involves assisting with daily operations and maintaining the complex, including operating machinery and conducting safety inspections.

No prior experience is required, but a safety-minded attitude and problem-solving skills are essential. Flexible work hours, including days, nights, and overnights, will be expected.

The job may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various outdoor conditions.

As a member of the Field Crew, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the complex at Big League Dreams, Las Vegas

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all machinery involved with grounds and field maintenance, including but not limited to tractors, UTVs, forklift, golf carts, etc.
• Inspect all structures and surfaces for player and fan safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
• Identify issues in routine preventative maintenance in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, turf, landscaping, and paved surfaces.
• Convey and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while providing extraordinary external and internal customer service.
• Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by Big League Dreams name and brand.
• Work with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently while providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for participants.
