Baranko Companies seeks a Field Lube Technician to fuel, service, and perform preventive maintenance on heavy machinery in field operations. You will collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep equipment running efficiently.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with knowledge of lubricants and basic preventive care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of oils, greases, fluids, and preventive care for equipment.
• Competent in reading service manuals, maintenance logs, and work orders.

Responsabilités

• Fuel and service equipment following fueling and spill prevention protocols.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance, including greasing and checking fluid levels.
• Conducts daily inspections to identify and report leaks, wear, or safety concerns.
• Completes minor repairs (e.g., replacing filters, fixing lights, repairing hoses, tightening components) and escalates major issues to mechanics.
• Adhere to all safety standards, including proper PPE use, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with teams and promote a positive and professional working environment.
• Lead by example and encourage accountability both up and down the chain of command.
