Job summary

Muller Inc. in Northern Virginia is seeking a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to service our fleet in the field and on site. You will perform oil changes, filter swaps, minor repairs, and equipment checks to keep machines running on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in heavy equipment or diesel mechanics, a valid driver’s license, REAL ID, US citizenship, and reliable transportation. You will join a hardworking, tech-savvy crew with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic knowledge.
• Must be a US-born citizen.
• Clean background check required.
• Valid driver's license and REAL ID required.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Field lube services (50% of day) – oil changes, topping off hydraulic and coolant, etc.
• Changing filters including oil, air, fuel, etc.
• Perform preventative services on trucks and equipment — easy, quick tasks that keep units in service.
• Run small diagnostics and report faulty items in the field.
• Perform small repairs in the field (hydraulic lines, alternators, batteries, etc).
• Quality control checks of crew’s daily maintenance and training for reporting.
• Safely transport small portable equipment or safety items to job sites along the route.
