Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the exclusive Cat dealer, is seeking a Lube Field Technician to join our on-site field team. The position focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and service in a demanding industrial environment.

You will work with diesel engines and hydraulics, require strong communication, and must meet DOT/CBE requirements. The company offers a market-leading benefits package and growth opportunities across 29 locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Graduate of a technical school or military school or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of diesel engines.
• Knowledge of hydraulics.
• Electronic savvy and basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically capable to lift 50 pounds and perform field work.
• Must meet DOT & CBE regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain earthmoving and construction equipment.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair equipment independently and successfully.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
