Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school/technical education preferred.
• Valid Class D license and clean driving record required.
• Strong installation, service, and troubleshooting experience in commercial/residential security systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial low-voltage systems.
• Install, wire, troubleshoot, and program access control, intercom, and related systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and system documentation.
• Diagnose complex wiring issues and implement solutions.
• Perform system programming and configuration as needed.
• Use hand tools and specialized testing equipment daily.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized field workspace and company vehicles.
• Complete work accurately while upholding high workmanship standards.
