Job summary

CEC is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to manage job site logistics for commercial and industrial projects. The role oversees deliveries, tool inventory data entry, and may lead a team of up to 10 field logistics professionals.

It is a safety sensitive position requiring strong leadership and coordination across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in warehouse or logistics, construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 100% of the time

Qualifications

8+ years of Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in construction or a related field.
Willing to travel 0–100% across the U.S. to support jobsite logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the job site logistics process, including deliveries to and from job sites.
Coach and train onsite logistics teams and instill best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Lead a team of field logistics professionals and oversee site operations.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in off-site construction usage and on-site logistics.
Manage logistics KPIs and report to leaders.
