Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Lighting Technician to perform maintenance, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of lighting systems at client sites.

You will operate aerial lifts, interface with customers, and document work using mobile devices, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Reliable Transportation
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
• Must be committed to excellence and generate high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Electrical lighting maintenance including changing bulbs, ballasts, and drivers.
• Work from aerial lifts; direct interface with customers.
• Dispatch to customers and resolve lighting problems professionally and safely.
• Complete site documentation on a mobile device.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain lighting components.
• Install lighting controls, sensors, and related devices.
• Ensure safety when operating aerial lifts and bucket trucks.
• Test lighting systems and continuity of circuits.
• Read contract drawings and follow installation procedures.
• Diagnose malfunctioning lighting systems using test equipment.
• Troubleshoot EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays.
