Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. in Rosemount, MN is seeking Level II NDT Technicians for full-time work. Relocation support and sign-on bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and NDT training with Level II certifications. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing tests with appropriate NDT techniques, and interpreting and documenting results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized NDT program meeting SNT-TC1A for UT, RT, MT, or PT.
• Prior Level II certification with 1 year experience or Level I with field hours to certify Level II per SNT-TC1A.
• Industrial Radiography certification preferred (required for radiographers).
• 40-hour Radiation Safety Course preferred (required for radiographers).

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate equipment.
• Conduct tests with appropriate NDT technique(s).
• Interpret, evaluate and document results.
• Direct the work of trainees and Level I personnel.
• Familiar with codes, standards and contractual documents controlling the method.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Edit and present numerical data effectively.
