Job summary

Danos, LLC seeks a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells in Texas. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities include daily site monitoring, testing and calibration of equipment, mandatory regulatory paperwork, and general field maintenance. Must have 1+ year Lease Operator experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

1+ years Lease Operator experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
Physical Requirements - lift 40 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, wear PPE, respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
Monitor multiple well sites daily by vehicle.
Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
General housekeeping and field maintenance.
Types of wells include flowing, beam pump with electronic pump-off controller, plunger lift, water injection, and water disposal.
Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodic protection and metering devices.
