Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor and optimize oil and gas production across multiple well sites in Texas. You will ensure peak reliability of production equipment and support HSE processes.

The role requires 1+ years of Lease Operator experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid US driver’s license with a clean record. Daily field duties include testing, calibration, and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, wear PPE.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize oil and gas production wells daily.
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Types of wells and facilities include various configurations; operate safely.
