Danos in Texas is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells. You will help ensure peak efficiency and dependability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Daily duties include monitoring multiple well sites by vehicle, testing and calibrating equipment, and completing required paperwork for customers and regulators. You will work rotating day and night shifts and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• Willing to work rotating day and night shift.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must meet all background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit-for-duty requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and wear PPE.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells.
• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Work with various well types (flowing, beam pump with electronic pump-off controller, plunger lift, water injection, water disposal).
• Support facilities such as tank batteries, flowlines, LACT facilities, water injection plants, gas compression, and metering devices.
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues.
• Perform required paperwork for customers and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
