Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in oil and gas, HS diploma or equivalent, and a valid Texas driver's license. You will work on-site, travel between sites, and follow OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2–5 years equipment maintenance and repair experience in oil & gas production required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains operations of wellhead equipment; keeps accurate production records and monitors gauges for pressure.
• Operates and inspects pumping and wellhead equipment; maintains electrical panels, engines, testers, phase separators, and stock tanks.
• Performs minor repairs to prevent leaks and replaces valve seats or filters as needed.
• Reads daily data from measurement equipment; completes gauge and logs and runs reports to identify declining production.
• Ensures safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Travels between yards/sites and supports maintenance as required.
