Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, high-quality pole assessments and restoration work.

You will direct field crews, drive productivity, and represent the company professionally with customers and utility partners. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, outdoor work readiness, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Prior leadership/foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate work assignments to ensure timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew in safe practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete reports and project updates accurately and promptly.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives.
• Support a positive, safety-focused team environment.
