Weatherization Crew Lead

HomeWorks Energy (New England Smart Energy Group) is rapidly expanding its Weatherization team and seeking to enhance our leadership. We desire candidates with a construction background, combined with soft skills and personality traits that motivate and produce results within a team environment. This role involves hands-on training in the field. The ideal candidate will have basic field work knowledge and a strong desire to train diligently and manage their own crew.

Position Type: Full-time hourly position, eligible for overtime and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
2. Complete work in a timely manner
3. Ensure work meets "Energize CT" standards
4. Provide excellent customer service
5. Ensure crew adherence to safety and installation best practices
6. Complete proper documentation for each job
7. Collect copayments from customers
8. Operate box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations

Requirements:

1. Construction management experience (not required)
2. Crew Lead Certification (not required)
3. Experience with "Energize CT" (a plus)
4. Salesforce experience (a plus)
