Job summary

Transwest Mobile seeks an experienced Mobile Heavy-Duty Diesel Systems Specialist to lead diagnostics and repairs in the field, ensuring uptime for fleets and customers. You will work on heavy‑duty diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, including CAN bus and ECM troubleshooting.

You will mentor junior technicians, document repairs meticulously, and communicate diagnostic findings clearly to customers. A strong toolset and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5–10+ years in heavy equipment repair.
• Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems including CAN bus and ECM.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with advanced tooling and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and repairs on heavy‑duty diesel engines and hydraulics.
• Mentor junior technicians and coach field staff.
