Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Construction Layout Specialist to manage construction surveying layout execution and as-built reality capture in a fast-paced environment. You will perform self-perform services including concrete or process piping while ensuring QA/QC of sub-contractors.

Responsibilities include establishing control points, field layout, plan reading, and coordinating with the VDC team to meet project goals. Minimum 2+ years of construction experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of construction-related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee establishment and implementation of job-related control points & benchmarks.
• Establish additional control points and grid lines for piping, equipment, structures, walls, columns and anchor bolts.
• Transfer benchmarks as needed.
