Done Right Chimney is hiring a General Laborer to support our field team. This is a hands-on role that rewards reliability, safety, and pride in doing the job right. No chimney experience is required, as we train the right candidate who shows up on time and follows directions.

You will load tools, help keep shops and sites organized, and assist technicians on job sites while learning chimney-related work in Western Massachusetts. Expect outdoor work year-round and opportunities for skill growth.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tools, ladders, materials, and equipment.
• Help keep the shop, vehicles, and job sites organized.
• Carry tools and materials for field crews.
• Set up and clean up work areas.
• Assist technicians on job sites.
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow directions from lead technicians and supervisors.
• Treat customers, homes, coworkers, tools, and equipment with respect.
• Learn more about chimney, fireplace, stove, venting, and masonry-related work over time.
