Responsibilities
- Position, connect, and align precast concrete elements according to construction drawings.
- Place grout in keyways, column bases, and beam caps as specified in construction drawings.
- Help secure and maintain a safe construction site by setting up fall protection guardrails and routinely inspecting for safety hazards.
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping to maintain order and safety on the jobsite.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; inform foreman of repairs and restocking needs.
- Excavate using shovels as directed; operate heavy-duty hammer drills and saws to modify concrete elements.
- Use OSHA-compliant hand signals for crane operations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Welding, including overhead welding.
- Move vehicles as instructed.
- Operate forklifts and other small equipment as required.
- Participate in site safety audits using company-provided tablets when requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of jobsite experience, preferably with precast concrete products.

- Understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Ability to stay calm under stressful conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment.

- Good organization and planning skills.
- Accurate measurement reading and basic math skills, including algebra and geometry.
Environmental & Working Conditions
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, and fumes.
- Work at high elevations and on uneven terrain.
- Occasional overnight travel.
