Job summary

Trinity Environmental Group, LLC is seeking dependable helpers for field labor. No prior experience required; just show up ready to work and learn. You will join crews to install erosion controls, maintain sites, and assist with hydroseeding and site restoration.

Expect outdoor work in all weather, 12+ hour shifts, and opportunities for training. Starting pay is competitive; per diem and hotels are provided for out-of-town assignments, with company trucks for work use.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license plus reliable transportation to Abilene yard.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs unassisted.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Install silt fence, erosion/sediment control, and rock gabions.
• Maintain job sites (sweeping, dust control, pressure washing).
• Assist with hydroseeding and site restoration.
• Operate pumps for water management.
• Support equipment operators and crews.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, 12+ hours/day.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
