Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services is seeking a hardworking laborer for outdoor infrastructure work across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. You will participate in installing and maintaining site elements, and support erosion control projects while coordinating with machine operators.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and physical stamina to handle demanding tasks and weather conditions. Prior construction exposure is beneficial and the company provides benefits and a safety-first

Qualifications

• One year of general laborer experience or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; experience may substitute education.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove and maintain items within the worksite, including carrying heavy items, jack hammering, shoveling, tamping, and installing pipe, duct or cable.
• Install or remove erosion control products such as silt sock, silt fence, waterbars, erosion blankets, seed & mulch; mow, trim and related duties.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment and materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll do:

• Install, remove and/or maintain items within the worksite. This includes but, is not limited to: carrying bags of material and other heavy items, jack hammering, shoveling, tamping and installing pipe, duct or cable.
• Install or remove erosion control products such as Silt Sock, Silt fence, Waterbars, Erosion Blankets, Seed & Mulch, mow, trim, and other related duties.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• Work schedule is Monday - Friday with Saturdays as required.
• This is outdoor workin all types of weather.
• Physical demands include exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks.
• Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, mists, odors and vibrations;Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
