The ideal candidate will possess strong math skills, analytical thinking, and a valid driver’s license. Qualifications

• Comfortable performing basic and advanced calculations (e.g., density, volume, gradation).
• Able to manage daily tasks and travel independently to job sites.
• Capable of collaborating with various teams and documenting results clearly.
• Ensures all reports, samples, and processes meet exacting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field density testing of Hot Mix Asphalt on active construction projects.
• Determine material compliance based on DOT and internal specifications.
• Coordinate regularly with paving and milling foremen and project managers.
• Operate and maintain quality control testing instruments.
