Sunbelt Asphalt Surfaces, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to support asphalt production and paving. You will conduct sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure materials meet project specs, GDOT requirements, and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in asphalt QC or related testing, familiarity with GDOT specs, and strong Excel/documentation skills. This on-site role offers opportunities to work with plant operators and field crews across Auburn and GA

Competenze

• 2+ years in asphalt quality control or related testing.
• Knowledge of asphalt mix designs and gradations.
• Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, and GDOT specs.
• Proficiency with Excel and electronic reporting.

Mansioni

• Perform QC sampling, testing, and inspections of asphalt materials and related products.
• Monitor mix production for compliance with approved designs and specs.
• Collect and analyze test data (gradations, asphalt content, volumetrics).
• Maintain accurate testing records, daily reports, and calibration docs.
