Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory tests to determine physical properties of soils, asphalt, and concrete.
• Collect samples, prepare them for testing, record data, and summarize results.
• Use specialized equipment to prepare analyses, reports or drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and scientific staff on test efforts.
• Set up, maintain and calibrate equipment.
• Travel for field assignments up to approximately 15% and work in various environments.
