Insight Global is seeking a Materials Engineering Technician for a leading engineering consulting firm in Syracuse, NY. This role involves traveling to job sites for testing, inspection, and communication of results, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, ACI Field Testing Grade 1 Certificate, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license and experience in construction are required. This position offers a flexible pay rate of $23–$25 per hour with unlimited overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in concrete testing is a plus.
• Military background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle to perform testing and inspections.
• Complete laboratory data entry and generate digital reports.
• Communicate results to project managers and clients.
