AMG Tech Support seeks skilled technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across varied sites, with travel within the territory.

Ideal candidates thrive in field work, handle diverse environments (retail to medical), and stay professional with clients. On-call availability is a strong plus; valid license and personal tools are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT/Telecom experience is required.
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
