AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our growing national client base. This field role goes beyond typical helpdesk tasks, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and extensive cabling work at various sites.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic field environments and is on-call for service requests within their territory. Flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and profit sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience required.
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installs, hardware diagnostics, software setup.
• Structured cabling: drilling, running, dressing cables.
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on call within territory.
