Job summary

HARDY INDUSTRIES is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You will perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup in diverse environments, including retail, medical, and corporate settings.

This role requires field experience, reliable transport, and on-call availability. You will travel within your territory, handle structured cabling, and contribute to a dynamic, client-focused team.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the following: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of technical tasks including but not limited to: OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory
