Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base in a hands-on field role. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, and perform cabling across large sites, or terminate 66-blocks. This is more than a desk job and involves travel.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience.
• At least 1 year of IT/Telecom experience, and one of: A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling: drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within territory.
