Job Description:

Field IT Support Technician

As a Field IT Support Technician, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle for travel to customer sites. Responsibilities include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting work through our service tracking system.

• Scanners

Training:

You will have an assigned territory and attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is hands-on, familiarizing you with equipment at customer sites, and covers our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Technical associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to attend paid training in Texas
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Good communication skills
• Customer service experience
• A+ and/or Network+ certification is a plus
• Ability to travel with hotel stays up to 25% of the time
