Job summary

Sunday River is seeking an IT Coordinator to provide hands-on, field-facing IT support across the Resort, including on-site desktop support for employees and guests. You will install devices, configure cabling, and maintain network equipment.

Responsibilities include deploying POS terminals across Food & Beverage, Retail, Guest Services, and Hotel Reservation Systems, documenting infrastructure, and assisting IT operations teams on mountain tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of CAT5 cabling, T568B wiring standards, and cable count color codes is a plus.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to ski or snowboard at or above beginner level for on-mountain tasks.
• Organized, self-motivated team player with excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy end-user computing devices across the Resort and provide on-site, field-facing desktop support.
• Install, maintain, and repair structured cabling indoors and outdoors; test cabling and install network devices.
• Deploy and support POS terminals across Food & Beverage, Retail, Guest Services, and Hotel Reservation Systems, including peripherals.
• Maintain documentation of local network and cabling infrastructure to support IT operations.
• Perform other administrative and field support duties as assigned.
• Work within IT service delivery models, documenting and resolving issues via ticketing systems.
• Provide new users with basic instruction and manage consumable stocks.
