Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a technology support professional to keep end-user devices and operations running across multiple facilities in Wisconsin. The role requires up to 40% travel and on-call rotation support.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and mobile tech, manage assets, and partner with local teams and vendors to drive reliable technology services across the sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 1–2 years of related experience or GED with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and wireless technologies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technology support resource for assigned RCCB locations, ensuring reliable technology operations and end-user support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, wireless, mobile, and workplace technology issues
• Support site projects, facility upgrades, automation initiatives, and technology deployments
• Manage technology assets and hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, inventory, and replacement
• Partner with local operations, IT teams, and vendors to maintain technology performance and drive issue resolution
• Document support activities, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical business operations
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and wireless technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations
• Experience with warehouse technologies, endpoint management, mobile device management, and workplace technology solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Experience supporting technology deployments, project implementations, and operational technology initiatives
  Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple
