Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for an IT Helpdesk role in California. The candidate will serve as the primary technology support resource for multiple RCCB locations, ensuring reliable operations and end-user support across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

The position requires troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and wireless issues, supporting site projects and technology deployments, and managing asset lifecycles. Travel up to 40% and on-call rotation are involved.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and wireless networking fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technology support resource for assigned RCCB locations, ensuring reliable technology operations and end-user support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, wireless, mobile, and workplace technology issues
• Support site projects, facility upgrades, automation initiatives, and technology deployments
• Manage technology assets and hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, inventory, and replacement
• Partner with local operations, IT teams, and vendors to maintain technology performance and drive issue resolution
• Document support activities, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical business operations
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and wireless technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations
• Experience with warehouse technologies, endpoint management, mobile device management, and workplace technology solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Experience supporting technology deployments, project implementations, and operational technology initiatives
  Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple
