Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a technology support specialist to serve RCCB locations, ensuring reliable operations and end-user support. You will troubleshoot devices, networks, and workplace technology while assisting with deployments and asset management.

Travel up to 40% across the territory and participate in on-call coverage to support critical business operations. Prior experience with MS 365, ITSM tools, and device management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN) and wireless tech.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and IT support tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary tech support resource for RCCB locations with reliable ops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, wireless, and workplace tech issues.
• Support site projects, upgrades, automation deployments, and tech rollouts.
• Manage tech assets and lifecycle: deployment, refresh, inventory, replacement.
• Collaborate with operations, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Document activities, identify recurring problems, drive improvements.
• Travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotation for critical ops.

• Salary: $91,304 - $114,130 plus annual target bonus
• This position will support multiple facilities with regional travel required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technology support resource for assigned RCCB locations, ensuring reliable technology operations and end-user support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, wireless, mobile, and workplace technology issues
• Support site projects, facility upgrades, automation initiatives, and technology deployments
• Manage technology assets and hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, inventory, and replacement
• Partner with local operations, IT teams, and vendors to maintain technology performance and drive issue resolution
• Document support activities, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical business operations
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and wireless technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations
• Experience with warehouse technologies, endpoint management, mobile device management, and workplace technology solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Experience supporting technology deployments, project implementations, and operational technology initiativesRelevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple
