Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as the primary technology support resource for multiple RCCB facilities, ensuring reliable end-user support and smooth technology operations.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, wireless, and mobile issues, support deployments, manage asset lifecycles, and collaborate with operations and vendors to resolve issues. Travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience with end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business apps.
• Experience supporting Windows, Android, and iOS platforms and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology support resource for assigned RCCB locations, ensuring reliable technology operations and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, wireless, mobile, and workplace technology issues.
• Support site projects, facility upgrades, automation initiatives, and technology deployments.
• Manage technology assets and hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, inventory, and replacement.
• Partner with local operations, IT teams, and vendors to maintain technology performance and drive issue resolution.
• Document support activities, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Travel up to 40% within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical business operations.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• This position will support multiple facilities with regional travel required.

Position Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and wireless technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations
• Experience with warehouse technologies, endpoint management, mobile device management, and workplace technology solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Experience supporting technology deployments, project implementations, and operational technology initiatives
  Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple
