Clean Scapes LLC is seeking an experienced Irrigation Inspector to evaluate commercial irrigation systems, identify leaks and deficiencies, and prepare clear reports with recommended actions. The role is field-based, requiring travel between sites and thorough documentation of findings.

The ideal candidate has hands-on irrigation knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with landscape irrigation systems, irrigation inspection, troubleshooting, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of irrigation systems and the ability to identify, diagnose, and document system issues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect irrigation systems to identify leaks, damaged components, coverage issues, and deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system performance issues across valves, controllers, sprinklers, piping, and other components.
• Document findings clearly and prepare detailed inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
• Perform minor repairs when appropriate and escalate larger repairs to the team.
• Follow up inspections to verify repairs and system functionality.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures in the field.
