Job summary

Down to Earth seeks an Irrigation Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems for commercial landscapes. You will perform preventative maintenance, coordinate with the Account and Irrigation Managers, and ensure client expectations are met with safe operation of equipment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year irrigation experience, the ability to work in all weather, a reliable vehicle, and a bilingual English/Spanish capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial irrigation maintenance or installation experience.
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative and diagnostic system checks on an ongoing basis
• Reporting system check findings to the operations leadership team
• Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations
• Troubleshooting and resolving irrigation issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Safely operating and maintaining irrigation equipment and all other company property
• Communicating escalations to the Account Manager and/or Irrigation Manager
• Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
• Performing other tasks as assigned
