Job summary

Green Vine Landscaping is seeking an irrigation technician to troubleshoot and repair complex irrigation systems, support installations, and provide on-site technical assistance across maintenance, enhancements, and projects.

You will document findings with Aspire CRM, communicate risks, and maintain safety and professionalism on client sites, ensuring margins and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience within a landscape maintenance or construction setting.
• Strong understanding of modern irrigation infrastructure, including controllers, low-voltage wiring, diagnostic equipment, and commercial tools.
• Comfort utilizing field technology or smart device apps (like Aspire CRM) for real-time tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair irrigation issues across valves, controllers, sleeves, laterals, mainlines, heads, drip lines, bubblers, and flow sensors.
• Support scheduled irrigation installations and field adjustments across maintenance accounts, active projects, and site enhancements.
• Document all field findings, completed work, before/after photos, and materials used live on-site using Aspire CRM software.
• Identify additional repair or system upgrade opportunities in the field and communicate them to Account Managers for quick customer estimating.
• Communicate schedule risks, property access limits, or material shortages promptly to the Irrigation Manager.
• Maintain tool inventory, vehicle readiness, and clean safety practices while keeping a professional presence on client sites.
