Job summary

Smith+Neb, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Field Inventory Analyst to support field counts across multiple locations and ensure accurate inventory controls. The role collaborates with Commercial Logistics, Field personnel, Sales, Warehousing and Hospital staff to maintain precise counts and asset reconciliation.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in related fields, strong analytical abilities, and advanced Excel skills with SAP/MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to lead and influence change.
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts at multiple locations nationwide, including offices, hospitals, and warehouses.
• Report on field counts and inspection activities.
• Support other departments during counts (Loans, Offices, etc.).
• Collaborate with FieldStaff, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to complete inventories.
• Ensure compliance with Travel, Safety, Quality and Credentialing policies.
